1. Payment Method

Payement for the booking can be made using Visa, MasterCard, deposit in the bank account or cash in the local currency before the due date.

2. Deposit Policy

In order to secure your reservation in the hotel, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

3. Pre-payment

The remaining balance amount is to be paid upon arrival in order to conclude check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Policy

The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of check-in. A full refund will be processed.

2. Non Refundable Policy

In case of cancellation of the booking after or 7 days from the date of check-in, the full amount is not refundable.

3. No-show Policy

In case of a no-show without any prior notice from the customer, it will be considered a no-show with no refund of the amount paid.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time is from 11:00 AM on the date of arrival. Check-out time is 09:00 AM on the date of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability of the room.

Any damage to hotel amenities, furniture, property, etc., by the guest, their visitors, or any other person for whom they are responsible is chargeable to the hotel management. The guest must make up to pay or settle for such loss or damage.

6. Limited Liability

The hotel won’t be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the guests or their property. In case of negligence by the hotel, the hotel will be liable for the damage, loss, or injury.
